• Delivery is available within our service areas in Kochi, Kerala
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather or other factors
• You must be available to receive deliveries at the specified address
• Delivery charges apply as per our current rate card
• Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2:00 PM

5. Product Quality and Returns

Returns and Refunds

• Returns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
• Products must be in original condition for returns

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kochi, Kerala.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
